Office Manager, Oil & Gas Company in Downtown Denver, CO

CSI Recruiting is presently seeking oil & gas industry-experienced candidates for an Office Manager role with a client of ours in Downtown Denver.

This Denver-based oil & gas company is in need of a unique individual that can support senior leadership and senior technical staff across petroleum land, legal, petroleum engineering, geosciences and corporate administration.

The company maintains a small office environment, hence the broad range of disciplines involved.  Expectations for performance include document creation, correspondence, contract administration, database maintenance, and general office support.  The ideal person would also have strong PowerPoint experience as well as proofreading skills.

The job can include drafting a legal document one minute, updating a production database the next, followed by ordering office supplies.

Upstream oil & gas experience is important, as familiarity with the business and it’s unique terminology will make for an easier transition into the role, and will be valuable for growth of the position.

This is a small organization of 6 people, so someone who can work at a fast pace and cover multiple responsibilities is highly desired.  The company is looking to start interviewing immediately.
