CSI Recruiting works with our client companies to create an arrangement that delivers results in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We are structured to work on a contingency or retained basis.

Contingency Search

When we work on a contingency basis we present the client with top-caliber candidates who meet or exceed the credentials specified for the position.

The client will work with a designated search consultant and other CSI recruiters when appropriate.

We offer a full replacement guarantee should our candidate leave the position or be terminated for cause within 30 days of the candidate’s start date.

Terms of payment: On a Contingency Search, we invoice the client company a pre-agreed percentage of the first year’s compensation. To take advantage of the replacement guarantee, invoices must be paid when due.

All fees are due and payable should a candidate be hired within one year of initial presentation to the client by CSI Recruiting.

Retained Search

When we work with clients on a retained basis, the client will receive full exclusivity of all candidates determined by the client to be viable prospects.

We offer a full replacement guarantee should our candidate leave the position for any reason within 90 days of the candidate’s start date.

Terms of payment: On a retained search, we invoice the client a pre-agreed percentage of the estimated first year’s compensation.

One third is due upon approval of the Retainer Agreement.

One third is due 30 days after the agreement is approved (or at completion of the search, whichever comes first). And the final third is due at completion of the search. We will make any fee adjustments necessary should there be a discrepancy between estimated and actual compensation. To take advantage of the replacement guarantee, invoices must be paid when due.
